Customisation :

 Please note that booking your wig in for customization entails assuming full responsibility for any potential outcomes resulting from the chemical processes involved. As we are unaware of the quality and condition of the wig you are providing, we cannot be held liable for any potential alterations or damages that may occur during this procedure. Rest assured, our team of skilled professionals will strive to deliver exceptional results, but we kindly request your understanding and acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with this service.

 

Installation :

Prior to your installation appointment, it is imperative that you have your colour match and braid down completed. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect colour matches or thick lace that does not properly adhere to products, resulting in suboptimal melting. It is essential that these preparatory steps are taken to ensure the best possible outcome for your installation. We also do not install wigs with big knots and knots that have not been bleached properly nor do we accept wigs with over bleached knots . No wigs with lace that’s not cut correctly will be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that all products sold are considered final, and as such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for any purchases made. Shipping :

Please note that once we have delivered the items to the carrier, the ownership transfers from Lace Maven to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items during the shipping process. For any shipping updates or tracking information, we kindly request that customers contact the shipping carrier directly.

Furthermore, it is essential for customers to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date. Lace Maven will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses on orders. Customers are responsible for reaching out to us to make any necessary changes before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we regretfully cannot make any modifications.

In the event that an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or any other reason, Lace Maven is not obligated to resend the items. These items will be added back into our inventory, and the customer will need to place a new order if they still wish to receive them.
