Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that all products sold are considered final, and as such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for any purchases made. No returns/exchanges as well . We kindly request your understanding in this matter, as our commitment to maintaining the utmost integrity in our business practices necessitates this policy.
The only exception would be for a product that was delivered damaged. In this case we offer a free replacement with free delivery. Please reach out to our WhatsApp customer care on +27671394072
within 48 hours of receiving your order if you received a damaged product. If After 48 hours of receiving your package and no communication of the damaged product. We won't be able to send a product replacement. Upon your request for a product replacement, please attach a clear image of the damaged product upon receiving it. This is a crucial requirement.
Damaged products that qualify for a free replacement
1. Products spilled out during transit.
2. Product has cracks on it
3. Product has the wrong texture.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. We have taken every measure to ensure that our products are accurately represented through detailed descriptions and images, enabling you to make an informed decision prior to purchase. We encourage you to carefully review all pertinent information before finalizing your order.

Shipping :
Processing time for your payment to clear into the Lace Maven bank account takes 48 hours. Soon as your payment is cleared your order will then be processed. Our standard delivery time frame is 3-5 working days. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and you will be able to track your order on our website. For customers residing outside South Africa, you are liable for any customs/clearance fee required by your local government.
Please note that once we have delivered the items to the courier , the ownership transfers from Lace Maven to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items during the shipping process. For any shipping updates or tracking information, we kindly request that customers contact the shipping carrier directly. Shipping insurance is available at a small cost , which is paid directly to the courier . This is available for orders going outside South Africa.
Furthermore, it is essential for customers to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date. Lace Maven will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses on orders. Customers are responsible for reaching out to us to make any necessary changes before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we regretfully cannot make any modifications.
In the event that an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or customer not being available for delivery at the address on the waybill, Lace Maven is not obligated to resend the items at our expense. The customer will then have pay for another delivery.

For individuals with sensitive skin , it is important to take note of the medications and facial products that can cause skin purging once combined with the use of lace adhesive . 1.Chemical exfoliants like AHAs , BHAs and physical facial exfoliants 2. Topical antibacterial agents 3. Rubbing alcohol 4. Retinoids 5. Topical medication 6. Certain antibiotics
Hence we advice all customers to always do a patch test for 24 hours and use the STH Skin Protectant Spray before apply STH lace adhesive
